Started good, Not so good after update

I love the game its very fun and interesting I love the Lotto anyways so its very interesting to me but I am wondering the money u win or it says I win a check iv wins few different checks so far so do I get that money or how dose this work with the money thang and the checks u win do I get the money or please explain this to me and really wish they would update the cards and put more cards on there to be played its says more cards To Come waiting on those cards to come thanks
